Uniontown Brewing Company - Ashland

I've been here several times since they opened up and have never left an evaluation, so shame me! This is one of my favorite places in Ashland too often whether it is for a quick bite to eat, or spend an evening well. It was great to know the staff here and make friends with fellow human beings. The food is on site, and you can not go wrong with the rackets Burger and some frits. They are always friendly and accommodating, no matter how busy they are. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing, and I like the fact that they don't have TVs/the sports bar style because it was the cause of a great dialogue between others and me. While I'm not a big beer drinker, the Vanille Porter is on the square, and I love that they have regular apple wine options along with wine options. Food portions are quite expensive and decent size, and while the menu is not great, I have my favorites that I always order. It is a great place to have just a few drinks, or spend your evening listening live music and socializing!

I heard live music last Friday night in Downtown Perk. I was friends with the family that belonged to Gilbert's furniture store and was curious to review it. We are there at 8:30 and the place was clamped; even the bar! My friend and I waited for a place to sit at the bar. I loved eating and drinking all ages of people and the place looks fabulous! Everyone was very nice and we finally took our bar stools. I'm not really a beer drinker, but I had a small glass of beer and it was fabulous. I'm so excited about a place to downtown! And one that's not a chain. Give it to people. Don't be too impatient. They grow and it will take time for perfection. I can't wait to go to dinner. Congratulations to all participants to help Ashland Someplace.

I've been there several times and always had a good, friendly service. The food is really good, and on my last visit was pleasantly surprised by the new extended menu. My favorite beer is the Uniontown IPA. Ashland needed this place.

I had the flank steak slider and they were delicious. I also had a flight of beers and my favorite was the “jail Hill Cream ale”. I liked the atmosphere and the decor was very unique. I really liked them combining old Ashland with a modern take. Very friendly staff. I liked to see that the owners and their family were very heavily involved in the business, not just from a distance. Back!

One of my favorite places to go for delicious, unique menu items you have to try the spicy tots or the pretzel for an appetizer. I love their portobello mushroom dinner and their Brookside salad, and the slider options are all delicious! Don't pass on french fries, either... or, if you're going to pass on fries, then choose the house chips. Nom Nom Nom Nom Nom. Oh, also. They brew some beers. : I don't drink beer, but there's always a nice house red or a new cider to try. You guys are doing a terrific job thanks for bringing something new and different to Ashland.
