Taco Bell - Ashland

The restaurant missed two items on our order and even the replacements were incorrect. With the exception of one worker at the window, the rest of the limited staff seemed uncommitted and unable to prioritize customer satisfaction. It is clear that this chain restaurant does not value its employees. Unfortunately, we do not plan on returning. I give them one star for being prompt, one star for being friendly, and for attempting to replace our food without causing any trouble.

I have been to this restaurant three times and each time I encountered problems. The first time I arrived at 5:00 AM, only to be told they were closed. The second time, I arrived at 11:45 AM three days later and was informed that they were not yet open and to come back later. Finally, when I was able to place an order, my food arrived with mistakes. I had requested no tomatoes and sour cream, but received both. Additionally, I asked for chips and beans instead of cinnamon twists, but still received cinnamon twists. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. However, I will say that despite being understaffed, the employees did a great job of getting the food out quickly and hot, even though the process was not seamless.

I have visited Taco Bell multiple times in the past, and each time they simply threw the food into the bag without care. As a result, my tacos were broken, burritos were squished, and the fillings spilled all over the place. It was really disappointing.

I understand they're understated, but every time I come here, they've done my order wrong. stuff, but even if I try to talk to the manager, he's giving so much imagination. Yeah, we got it, you hate your life. this taco bell is a müllfeuer

Sorry I love TB but WTH. Soda tasted dirty like the machines need a deep cleaning. Food was cold, beans were hard and under cooked like they're not dropped long enough. brown lettuce on the tacos, missed items.hard tortilla shells an taco shells and nacho tasted old af.
