While waiting in the drive-thru line was longer than I would like, an employee came with a tablet and personally took orders to speed things up in the drizzling rain. To be honest, they seemed to do everything in their power to make the experience painless. Coffee and pastries were of excellent quality and the staff was very friendly. What Lancie&Lindy Caudill doesn't like about Starbucks:
They had a long line in drive thru but only thing that means is they are really good and a lot of people want to go there ????. We got 2 lemonades and the Bacon egg Gouda sandwich all were great ???????? . One thing that stuck out is they are kind to people with mental disabilities. Even though there was a long line at the drive-thru, that just shows how popular they are and how good their food is! We tried two lemonades and the Bacon Egg Gouda sandwich, and everything was delicious. One thing that really impressed me was their kindness toward people with mental disabilities. We’re definitely planning to visit again—this was our first time at Starbucks, and we’ll be back for sure. Also, thanks for the pup cups!
This restaurant serves the best coffee, along with a variety of items including all-day breakfast, pastries, and snacks. Today, I tried their mocha cookie crumble, and it was fantastic!
I don’t usually visit this location since it’s farther from my home in Huntington, but I stopped by to celebrate my birthday and to claim my free birthday drink. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by the fantastic staff. To my surprise, I was offered a complimentary cake pop, and this was even before they knew it was my special day! The employees there were incredibly friendly, making my experience all the more enjoyable. They even wrote "Happy Birthday!" on my cup! I was truly impressed by their excellent service, and my drink was delicious as well. Thank you all for making me feel so special. I will definitely come back!
I always feel like Starbucks employees are distant and cold. Just no personality. But they do give out napkins with every order! So I can work with them
I love Starbuck's! Yes it's pricey, but if you want an excellent, fresh cup o' joe it's the place to go. Nothing beats it and I can't get a Blonde Americano with Raspberry flavoring anywhere else! Makes me crave one just writing about it.
