It previously operated like a Chipotle-style restaurant where you would place your order at the counter. Now, it has transformed into more of a sit-down bar and restaurant, complete with pool tables and a unique layout. The food was fantastic, and I had the chance to try something I haven't seen anywhere else: fried yucca root. It tasted similar to thick-cut potato fries.
