Papa Murphy's - Ashland

Possibly the top pizza spot in Ashland, but be prepared to wait a bit.

I ordered a pizza with special ingredients, but when I got home and checked the pizza, it was not what I had ordered. It seems that the restaurant's app does not accurately convey the customer's requests to the pizza maker. We had ordered a gourmet pizza with specific toppings, but they did not fulfill our order correctly. They even called us to argue that we were mistaken about the ingredients on our pizza. When we showed them our order on our phone, they still insisted that we got what we asked for. This was very poor customer service. We went back the next day to try to get a refund or exchange, but they continued to deny that there was a mistake. It seems that they need to fix their app so that they can accurately fulfill orders. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and we will not be returning to this restaurant.

Thank you for accommodating my keto diet. The atmosphere was pleasant and the restaurant had a modern look. The customer service was excellent.

Not happy they don't want to endorse my take and bake card. Apparently Ashland franchise is so special they don't participate in the chains customer appreciation program.

So the pizza was made perfect, but they do not have much parking at all and are on a busy road.
