I tried the Gansito flavor, which incorporates the Mexican treat Gansito—a chocolate-covered cake filled with strawberry syrup and cream. While I'm unlikely to order this flavor again, the ice cream base itself is excellent, boasting great flavor and a fluffy texture. Although the establishment could benefit from some additional decor, the focus here is definitely on the ice cream. It's a fantastic local ice cream parlor!
