Quick service from the staff. Some dishes didn't taste quite right. The restaurant needs a thorough cleaning. The bathrooms are clean, but the dining area feels greasy.
The food was great, as usual. I placed my order in advance and ended up waiting a bit. I suppose it might have been quicker to just use the drive-thru.
I received the wrong order, and when I called to speak with the manager, she refused to make it right. Additionally, the chicken sandwiches were not fresh at all.
On April 8, 2024, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, a side of fries, and a drink. When I received my order, the staff member informed me that they were out of fries and asked if I would like a different side. I declined, as I only wanted fries. I requested a refund, but the staff said they didn’t know how to process it and directed me to contact customer support through their app. I reached out to customer support and explained my situation, asking for either a refund or some credit/points, but I received no response. Although the amount was only $3.19, it was quite frustrating and unprofessional. Additionally, the chicken on my sandwich was dry and chewy, and my Pepsi was flat. I've typically had good experiences at this location, but that night was very disappointing!
This location has really declined. The last time I visited, I waited half an hour in the drive-thru line before I finally decided to leave. At least the places I've worked in the past would inform you at the drive-thru speaker if there was going to be a long wait, but they didn't offer that courtesy here. I love KFC, but I won't be returning to this location. I've experienced too many lengthy waits for overpriced, lukewarm chicken.
