That being said, the staff at the window and the cashiers are very friendly.

However, I was disappointed by the cold food I received, especially since the restaurant was nearly empty and there were plenty of staff members behind the counter. Despite the few customers, my sister and I expected our meal from the menu to be served hot. Instead, I was given nacho fries that tasted like they had been reheated in greasy oil, along with a cold, tough chalupa shell that seemed to have been left out too long. I returned the fries for a fresh batch, which meant waiting even longer for my meal. My disappointment with the lack of hot food ultimately made me decide I wouldn’t dine at this KFC again.
