I stopped by to grab lunch for my husband and myself. The food was made to order, so everything was fresh and hot. The apple pies were also served hot, as they had just been baked. View all feedback.

Messed up one of the meals not even remotely close to the right sandwich.... and there was a double cheeseburger in the bag that we didn't even order. 2 of the 3 meals were exactly what was ordered. Attention to detail matters, and this place doesn't have it. Plenty of other fast food burger/chicken places nearby, go there instead. View all feedback.
Honestly, I expected more. The cashier was on a personal phone call while taking my order, juggling a conversation between her Bluetooth and me. This seemed to be the case for every customer who came in during the 10 minutes I was there. When I finally received my order, it was cold and clearly not made fresh. It tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. I won't be returning.

Hardee's in ashland is fast. I give them that but lord they ain't that polite lol. And it stank in there.
Avoid this place! Stopped for a sausage biscuit on 1/21/24. Did not feel well that afternoon. Did not eat anything else that day. Around midnight, boom! Multiple bathroom trips, now 12 hours later. This is serious enough I'm going to report to health department.
