We are from out of town and wanted to stop at a local coffee shop. Boy did we hit the jackpot! This is such an adorable shop, with some seriously good coffee! They do their own beans.Pour over is there specialty. We got pour overs, and an orange creamsicle cold brew (the flavor was spot on). FIVE STARS ISN'T ENOUGH! My wife and I have a special place in our hearts for Goldberry Roasting Company. We fell in love there. When it came time to plan our wedding in Ashland, we wanted our guests to be served their amazing coffee. A few months before the wedding, our pastor fell through. We turned to another family friend to marry us – the owner of Goldberry! Here’s where it gets crazy: the owner of Goldberry was also the lead singer of our wedding band! You read that all correct. It was insane and amazing! We would never have changed a thing. The coffee, the pastor and the lead singer were all exceptional. For my wife and I, Goldberry is the best coffee shop around and so, so much more. Like the river spirit after which they are named, Goldberry Roasting Company is friendly, charming and magical. It’s sappy, but it’s true. If you don’t believe us, try a cup and find out for yourself.
