I guess if you're a sushi fan, that's more your place. Only a typical Japanese steak house with the same sauces, combos and rice. I'm not in seafood so I can't talk about it. But up to the non-Seafood options, it is the same where you go. Really good food. What Tanya Mcginnis doesn't like about Fuji Japanese Sushi And Steakhouse:
My husband and I love sushi. We stopped in for lunch to try this restaurant out while in town. The selection and quality of food did not disappoint; however, our waiter was not the greatest. It was not busy, yet the appetizer we ordered never came. Wedidn't even see him again once we got our food to even ask about it. Then when it was time to pay the bill we had to ask thevery nice hostess to help us track him down s... View all feedback.

We have 2 drinks, and 2 Hibachi combo meals and it was $72.99 before drinking. We got a lot of food and the food was really good, but I'm not sure it was worth $73. Overall good experience, good food, good portions.
We had our first lunch in Fuji today. Our waitress Megan was great. You wouldn't expect big sushi in Ashland KY if you were from HI, but the sushi roles we had were ONO ONO, especially the Tokyo role. Anyway, it goes back.
The food is fantastic; large portions. The staff is super friendly what they do
Very much a nice surprise, Sashimi was pretty good and the fried stuff they weren't oily at all. Miso soup was slightly salty, but tasty, service was fast and the two other people who came with it also liked it. As a person who eats sushi all the time in Houston, I had worse things and that's pretty good.
Amazing fresh sushi. Our server Marley was very attentive and friendly. Crab Rangoons were great and stuffed full. Kentucky Roll was really great. Would recommend.
