Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Ashland

I drove 25 minutes to get to this DQ location and was extremely disappointed. I am a big fan of DQ because every other location I have been to has always served fresh food with a smile. However, my experience at this Ashland, OH location was not up to par. I ordered the chicken tender basket but did not receive my toast and the food I did get was old and tasted bad. It was cold and soggy. There is a sign indicating that the food may take longer to prepare because it is made fresh, but this was clearly not the case at this particular location. I will not be returning to this DQ again.

This restaurant is perfect for a fast lunch option. The food is delicious. I really like the chicken strip basket on the menu and my favorite dessert is the banana split Blizzard.

The dining experience was enjoyable overall, but there were some issues due to short staffing. We had to wait a long time to be served. I am giving them three stars because the staff were working hard and the restaurant was very busy, but they could benefit from hiring more people to improve efficiency.

They were fast, clean and employees were helpful. eating was great
