Was trying to grab a quick breakfast which I know they stop serving at 1030a. I got there at 1025am sat in the drive thru waiting for them to take my order until 1032am, Only to be told I couldn't get breakfast. The lady knew I had sat in the drive thru several minutes and still refused to let me order. Was trying to grab a quick breakfast which I know they stop serving at 1030a. I got there at 1025am sat in the drive thru waiting for them to take my order until 1032am, Only to be told I couldn't get breakfast. The lady knew I had sat in the drive thru several minutes and still refused to let me order. I wouldn't have even been upset had I actually got there at 1032, but being there before they stopped serving and still told I couldn't order (all because the lady taking the orders were slow) is what made me upset. Needless to say I left te drive thru without ordering anything. Chick-fil-A normally has great customer service, but today that was not so.

Love this place. The food is always fresh, hot and delicious.
Fast, friendly service. The best customer service i have received in a long time.
