I was told my eggs and... read more This isn't your typical fast food experience; I waited 25 minutes in line. The dining area was closed for reasons that weren't explained. I was told my eggs and hash browns would take 5 minutes to prepare, but after placing my order, I ended up waiting another 15 minutes in line, and my food still wasn't ready. To top it off, the hash browns were cold.

I found the atmosphere a bit unsettling, almost like I was involved in something shady, akin to a street drug deal. It's crucial for employees to understand how to behave professionally.

Unfortunately, the service was incredibly slow, and the dining area was quite messy. The employees were very friendly, but everything seemed to take an eternity—almost amusing to observe. Unfortunately, the chicken didn’t live up to the expectations; it was quite disappointing and lacked flavor. On a positive note, the fries were delicious, so they deserve some recognition for that. The biscuit had a nice crunch, but the chicken was bland, and the fountain drinks tasted flat. The staff's friendliness is the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars.

The staff showed great urgency and communicated effectively, maintaining professionalism throughout our meal. Although they ran out of sporks for our biscuits and gravy, they quickly addressed the issue and made sure we were satisfied with our order. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the menu offered a good variety to choose from.

The... read more Bojangles has always been my favorite spot, but my recent visit was disappointing. It looked like they were short-staffed since the dining area was closed. The biscuits were dry and crumbly, and the chicken biscuit we usually enjoy was undercooked in the center. Honestly, this was concerning! I didn’t rate them poorly because I believe in giving good restaurants a chance to improve, but I couldn’t give four stars this time since the raw sandwich could have been a serious health hazard for my husband.
