Additionally, my truck doesn't fit in the parking area. It would be great if they could be consistent with closing the dining room; if it's going to be closed, it should be closed all the time.

I requested extra seasoning for the fries, but they came without any seasoning at all. Additionally, there was a question regarding high blood pressure. On a positive note, the staff seemed to work well together, and the restaurant was clean.

The chicken is usually fantastic—delicious, moist, and tender—just like it was this time, even though I jokingly refer to the after-effects as the "blojangles." We arrived around noon and the place was quite busy, with about 10 people in line and the drive-thru packed. The restrooms, especially the women's, could use some attention. When we left, the trash bins were overflowing, but the staff promptly replaced them right after we exited. The tables could have been cleaner as they felt a bit greasy. Despite the busy atmosphere, the staff maintained a friendly demeanor and did a great job. Ultimately, we went for the food, and it was just as good as I’ve had at many other places.

I was told my eggs and... read more This isn't your typical fast food experience; I waited 25 minutes in line. The dining area was closed for reasons that weren't explained. I was told my eggs and hash browns would take 5 minutes to prepare, but after placing my order, I ended up waiting another 15 minutes in line, and my food still wasn't ready. To top it off, the hash browns were cold.

I found the atmosphere a bit unsettling, almost like I was involved in something shady, akin to a street drug deal. It's crucial for employees to understand how to behave professionally.
