Feedback
Bojangles offers a mixed dining experience characterized by enthusiastic service and standout menu items like flavorful chicken and massive biscuits. While some visits revealed operational hiccups, such as chicken shortages and cleanliness issues, the staff generally maintained a friendly demeanor. Patrons appreciated the all-day breakfast and special touches like heart-shaped biscuits for occasions. Although busy, the atmosphere was lively, and the food quality remained consistent, making it a beloved stop for comfort food lovers.
I typically stop by Bojangles whenever I’m in the South, since we don’t have any locations up North. The chicken is usually fantastic—delicious, moist, and tender—just like it was this time, even though I jokingly refer to the after-effects as the "blojangles." We arrived around noon and the place was quite busy, with about 10 people in line and the drive-thru packed. The restrooms, especially the women's, could use some attention. When we left, the trash bins were overflowing, but the staff promptly replaced them right after we exited. The tables could have been cleaner as they felt a bit greasy. Despite the busy atmosphere, the staff maintained a friendly demeanor and did a great job. Ultimately, we went for the food, and it was just as good as I’ve had at many other places.
This is typically my go-to Bojangles, but my most recent experience was disappointing. It felt like they were understaffed as the dining area was closed. The cookies were dry and crumbly, and the famous chicken biscuit that we always order was undercooked in the center. I chose not to lower their rating because I believe that good restaurants deserve a second chance to make things right. However, I couldn't bring myself to give them four stars since the raw sandwich could have potentially made my husband quite ill.
I had never heard of Bojangles before (I’m from the Baltimore area), so we decided to give it a shot. The service was noticeably slow, and the dining area could have been cleaner. While the staff were very friendly, everything took an unusually long time, which felt rather strange. Unfortunately, I found the chicken to be quite disappointing—I don’t get the excitement surrounding it, as it wasn't flavorful at all. On a positive note, the fries were really good, and the cookie was crispy. However, the chicken lacked taste, and the biscuits were rather bland. Although I appreciated the staff's friendliness, I'm still only giving it three stars.
The food was fantastic, but the service leaves much to be desired. Management should prioritize training their staff to adhere to proper customer service standards. I found the atmosphere a bit unsettling, almost like I was involved in something shady, akin to a street drug deal. It's crucial for employees to understand how to behave professionally.
I had never heard of Bojangles before, as I'm from the Baltimore area, but I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, the service was incredibly slow, and the dining area was quite messy. The employees were very friendly, but everything seemed to take an eternity—almost amusing to observe. Unfortunately, the chicken didn’t live up to the expectations; it was quite disappointing and lacked flavor. On a positive note, the fries were delicious, so they deserve some recognition for that. The biscuit had a nice crunch, but the chicken was bland, and the fountain drinks tasted flat. The staff's friendliness is the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars.
