El Rey Mexican - Ashland City

This dish is excellent, and I haven't seen anything like it on the menu at other Mexican restaurants. I've discovered my new favorite meal! Our waiter seemed to be the only one serving tables, but he was a natural at it. He was attentive and kept the chips and salsa coming without us even having to ask.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good this restaurant is, especially for being in the middle of Tennessee! They offer vegetarian options, such as the spinach-filled enchiladas, which were delicious. However, I thought they could have had a bit less cream sauce on top. Just my personal opinion!
