This restaurant is housed in a beautiful old manor with stunning grounds, but unfortunately that's where the positives end. We arrived for Sunday lunch 10 minutes early for our 2:15 booking, only to be told to wait in the bar because they were busy. Came here for an afternoon tea with my sister, which I had bought as a gift last year (you can purchase gift cards). It took us some time to get a table because three times we had tried to book, it had been fully booked. It was a good spread four finger sandwiches, two scones and four small cakes each, plus a good selection of tea.
