It was great to return! Unfortunately, they were out of jalapenos, the pasta was cold, and they were missing my favorite blue cheese dressing at the salad bar. The staff at this restaurant were extremely slow. I witnessed the manager telling one of them to clear our table, which she only half did before being asked to take another table's order. I also noticed a staff member checking her phone and chatting amongst themselves. The music in the toilets was excessively loud, which I found unnecessary. Great to be back! unfortunately they didn't have any jalapenos, cold pasta or my favorite blue cheese dressing on the salad bar but fresh pasta and pizza constantly and a great variety to cater to all needs! clean restaurant and friendly staff.
Every time I order, I get top quality food service, it's tasty, piping hot and just great. Thank you for a great product.
Pizza and sides were cold when eating in, the customer service is shocking, will never ever go back!
Ordered in advance for pick up, pizza was hot and on time. Best pizza hut we have had in surrounding area, Eureka and Folkestone collection very poor. Thank you to the man on front till answering the phone yesterday and thank you from the Nhs .
