I made a mistake on my order (completely my fault) and was charged to much. I spoke to one of the staff and she said she'd leave a message for a manager to refund some of the order the next day. Next morning I receive a message from PayPal telling me that a refund had been applied. They didn't have to do this, and the server could easily have done nothing just to get me off the phone. What Trickyhammer doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
First time of using Domino’s. Not a regular Pizza eater and first time of a takeaway/delivery. Very quick friendly delivery, that’s the positive. Hot and Spicy is the title, one would expect some chilli maybe. Nope just a few jalapeños, hardly warm let alone hot. Onions almost raw, dough very soggy and the meat, well no idea what that was. Fast delivery And if you like the bbq chicken pizza you must try the bbq chicken wrap omg it best thing I can't eat a full bbq chicken pizza but the wrap is just perfect it so delicious It a must try and also the cheese burger chips are the best if you like gherkins and red onions it is the best
Awful experience. After receiving the incorrect order, I called the branch where I was then immediately told that I am wrong and that the order was correct. The man answering the phone was extremely hostile and condescending. When I tried to explain what my order was the individual, stating the exact ingredients/toppings, he hung up! Honestly, there are so many great local pizza spots in the area, don 't bother.
The food was awesome. The service was prompt. The atmosphere was a little hot, and little wonder is preferable to order online to walk into buy.
Only takeaway is available...The main proplem is there is no customer parking.
Unprofessional service and staff Atmosphere is not nice they don’t care about Customers staff is look like powerful and can do anything they want awful never afain
