Despite ordering online around lunchtime for a 7pm delivery the food was delivered at 7:45pm and was lukewarm. Very disappointing for the price. Will have to think twice about using them again. Best curry house in Ashford Surrey by far. Lovely atmosphere, staff are helpful and friendly and the food was as good ever, that mixed girl was so good I will return for the second round. thank you very much guys. We will be back soon. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at a restaurant that has previously offered fantastic food. Unfortunately, the poor attitude of the manager, Syed, really detracted from the overall experience. A successful restaurant needs both great food and excellent service, which was unfortunately lacking during my visit. I received a bad-tasting, inedible dish, and was met with rudeness from a staff member, leading me to decide that I can no longer support this establishment. Service: Takeout.
First time at Baburchi, nice cosy restaurant, was very empty for a Friday evening however food was good, main course was really nice, poppadoms had to send back as they tasted super oilly however replaced promptly with warm fresh ones which tasted good. Staff are very nice and accommodating. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
