I ordered food from a local restaurant to be delivered to my location an hour ago. The delivery app shows that the food has been delivered, but I have not received anything. I left clear instructions and contact information, but when I tried calling the restaurant, there was no answer. Overall, I am very disappointed with the poor service.

I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant. They forgot to bring three people's food, and when I addressed the issue, they tried to blame the drivers. I will not be coming back to this place.
Ordered on the app, went to pickup point 5. Completed order then waited 19 mins for my order to be bought to me by a young disgruntled employee. Meanwhile 50 ish cars went drive through and 6 just eat delivery drivers went out. Forget just eat. Just go next door, you’ll get served quicker.
