For £15.99 we... read more Brilliant bar and serving staff; very kind, friendly and professional. However the food mainly the chicken share platter was a complete disgrace. For £15.99 we received cold chicken, cold beans and over cooked chicken nuggets, after sending it back the chicken nuggets were still burnt, somehow they managed to serve us ice cold corn on the cob and dry chicken wings. Whichever chef cooked the chicken wouldn't get job at McDonald's.Thankfully, the manager gave us a refund and was very apologetic and understanding. The food was excellent, the service was top-notch, the atmosphere was enjoyable, and the prices were very reasonable. This is a fantastic family-friendly pub.
