My wife and I had a great lunch at IHOP today. The food was hot and delicious and was served to us very quickly. Our server was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be coming back. View all feedback.

The first time I have had homemade waffle it was so delicious and the waitress was very polite to me and my friend Kim who is also my girlfriend

Tables and booths were dirty; no excuse whenever the dining room was empty. Wait staff too busy playing on phones and sitting down than cleaning tables
Always slow to get a seat for some reason but the food is pretty good. Nothing exceptional but it's not bad either.
