Time of day and who's cooking, is always taken into consideration when I give my reviews. I hadn't been here in several years. I had scrambled eggs with biscuits and gravy and a bowl of grits with sweet tea. Everything I ate was properly cooked and well presented on my plate. It was fairly early, around 7:30am. So, it was quite busy at the time I visited. The parking lot with limited spaces made finding a place hard.... View all feedback.

Horrible experience. Lady asked how many are in the group. We went to a table and sat down. 5 minutes go by, no waiter/waitress brought menus or took our drink order. Larger group comes in, sat down, and got their drink order taken. Few minutes go by, another group comes in and got their drink and food order taken. First and last time we will come here. Small Breakfast Diner. Good food and friendly service. This was the first time there. We hope to try it again soon.
Great dinner with good dinner food, and the food reminds me of meat and 3 place.
220 Grill is by far the best like home cooking, plate lunches in town! Always busy,but fast,friendly service, and hot,fresh cooked meals for breakfast and lunch. The grilled tenderloin is always a great choice too! Also,best sweet tea in town!!
220 Grille is the BEST! My son and I love going there. Delicious food great atmosphere , great prices! Very nice place that has a long tradition of serving Asheboro and the surrounding area! I've been going to 220 Grille for many years and I HIGHLY recommend!
