The texture is slightly firmer than what I expected, but the breading does an excellent job of concealing that.

While I can't say I'm disappointed or surprised, as the reviews prepared me for this, I had hoped there might be some improvement. I ordered via Ubereats and when I opened my sandwich, I found sauce smeared on the outside of the bun and the chicken was the coldest I've ever tasted. I ordered a few other items for variety and regretted that decision. The chicken and fries tasted quite stale, and the chicken wings were discarded before I could even snap a photo. The only redeemable aspect was the Baja Blast that accompanied my chicken combo, which was genuinely enjoyable and worth the price. I can't comment on the service, as this review focuses solely on the food.

When I walked in, I saw an employee behind the counter talking on her smartphone while helping two customers with their refunds. Once she finished, she walked away without saying a word. After waiting for about 90 seconds, I decided to leave and go somewhere else. I would recommend trying the drive-thru; it might have a better experience.
