Delicious breakfast, very fresh with quality ingredients. Brown toast was made with soda bread, which doesn't taste as good toasted, but again was very fresh. Like a lot of places in Ashbourne, a good spot that could do with more space! View all feedback.

Came here with some friends for brunch after a birthday party. My boyfriend and I ordered the French toast, he with pancetta and maple syrup, me with cream and fruit. The cream and fruit was delicious. But the French toast, described on the menu as Brioche turned out to be brioche burger buns dipped in the egg mixture and cooked. We were hungry so we ate it but in no way is being served two burger buns worth €10. View all feedback.
I had a really pleasant dinner in corks from ashbourne. I can literally say that I had the best brewery in any restaurant I've ever been, and that includes oriental restaurants. they have the combination of aromen, which on, and they have a lot of choices inc. veggie, huh, bark, garnel, or combinations thereof. it was a hearty eating and I took the last piece. my wife had the chowder for which this restaurant has won prizes, and she loved it. shocking, the prices of most dishes in corks are similar to what they would pay for a big mac meal, so if they want to eat healthy, this is by far the better option. I would highly recommend and I will come back.

I would highly recommend and I will come back.
Very pleasant visit in her cafe on the last Thursday morning, had a pot tee and a very pleasant sohne. the staff was very helpful and friendly, will visit again safely

A beautiful, warm welcome given to me my Ukrainian visitors in this lovely cafe yesterday morning. We also enjoyed a fabulous meal and excellent service. The food was delicious 3 egg omelette with salmon, mushrooms, avocado highly recommended as is the excellent Irish Breakfast! I will definitely be recommending Corks to my many friends.Thank you all again for such a pleasant and heart-warming experience x
