I ordered chicken sisig and chopsuey .. the sisig was floating with oil that i not even recognize it was butter as the cook say, the sliced of the chicken was too big for a sisig. With the chopsuey the taste was slightly ok but it was floating with the sauce that you will think it was like veg soup. . And the slice of the vegetable was tidbits . Some of the menu was not availbla

The food does not taste Filipino... read more I went to this restaurant last Friday with my wife. There are no Filipino staff. Not sure how they call it Kabayan Restaurant. The food does not taste Filipino as well. It taste ok but not even close to a Filipino dish.
