This place is a joke! I placed my order online because I knew I wouldn't have time to wait their usual 45 min to an hour. I placed it at 2:53 pm for a 5 pm pick up. I waited for an hour and 10 min for a pizza that was cold. View all feedback.
We ordered our food and waited for an hour and a half. When we finally gave up getting the food they comped the check and we drove back 2 hours home.

We thought about waiting it out, but the server strongly discouraged us, especially since we had children with us. It’s puzzling that they would push away business during a recession; perhaps they believe takeout is enough to sustain them. We won’t be returning until they make improvements and find someone who can effectively manage the restaurant like they used to. We've been loyal customers for 30 years, starting at the original location, which is now a Mexican restaurant. Honestly, the Mexican place offers better service, food, and hospitality. Pizza Hut in Ash Flat has truly gone downhill, and it’s disappointing.
