Wanted a refund because I felt sick after eating some of it and threw it away because I was so sick feeling and the owner demanded they had the full meal back to get a refund . Definitely never going back they deserve a -0 Service: 3

I got food from Artesian Grill in Ash Flat Arkansas earlier today I ordered a burger and fries which was expensive to say the least $17.43 and I’m thinking “Oh... read more I got food from Artesian Grill in Ash Flat Arkansas earlier today I ordered a burger and fries which was expensive to say the least $17.43 and I’m thinking “Oh well , you get what you pay for “ well I paid for more than I expected, to say the least . The burger was cooked good and the fries were tasty , however , there was hairs , that’s right HAIRS made into the meat and not one but several . I did not notice this until I had eaten at least 1/3 of the burger and felt some weird object in my mouth which was a HAIR. Upon closer examination, there was several short hairs throughout the meat. I called and notified the establishment which is Artesian Grill and was told that if I would bring the COMPLETE burger back I could POSSIBLY get a refund . lol the words COMPLETE and POSSIBLY is what lead to this review . There’s no way after consuming some of the hair filled burger I could bring back the COMPLETE burger and POSSIBLY should not have even been an option . FULL REFUND and an apology would have been acceptable but still not make up for the fact that I had consumed hair from an unknown person and I did not expect to find such in my food . This incident has left a bad taste in my mouth . Literally . And I would NOT recommend this restaurant due to unsanitary food as well as non compliance to resolve the issue.
