Over the many years that we have been visiting Ecco, Mr. Fliegauf has become more and more confident, i.e. it doesn 't matter what course is served, the composition is always perfect and harmonious and always offers taste surprises. The fact that the service manager, a born and passionate hostess, is also the wife of the head chef is probably unique in this profession and at this level and guarantees that things run smoothly, especially since the rest of the service team also acts very professionally, carefully and friendly, with a certain distance or even snooty towards the guests, as can sometimes be found in other restaurants of this class, is not to be expected at Ecco.
