You look for a quiet beautiful authentic Ticino garden restaurant. Try the restaurant of hotel Arcadia next to the Golf Club of Ascona where you can sit under the cool arcades and enjoy delicious Italian cuisine cooked by the owner himself
We ate here twice, and would likely have visited a third time had it not been closed for a couple of nights. The pasta was clearly homemade and tasted superb. The daily menus were a good combination and tasty, with a warm welcome from friendly staff. But the main selling point? A beautiful garden restaurant, with tables under stone cloisters with atmosphere that you can't buy.
