On our way back from Asco Valley, we stopped in this family-run place caught by shower. It was a big surprise to get such a wonderful lunch, probably our best in Corsica. We have chosen lamb, and this was a good choice. It is not easy to prepare it in a proper way, and this was the case. The chef shared with us his secrets regarding marinade preparation. Just perfect. My god it’s good!! we chose to take lots of starters because everything made us want it! the porcini mushroom omelette… fantastic!!! and with real pieces of porcini mushrooms!! homemade charcuterie… a treat! I never liked forest terrine… I ate it all! In short, we are delighted to have stopped there! Go for it!!! have a good day
