Restaurant Wilder Mann - Aschaffenburg

We had a few different dishes there was the cut roast beef great! The pretzel dumplings also tried they were fine. I feel like I enjoyed them more if they hadn't been 2 huge dumplings more than 4 smaller.

We didn't expect to stay at Hotel Wilder Mann, but due to an annoying overbooking at our hotel, we were there! The change of plans meant that all the restaurants I had explored were from our hiking area. We decided to give up for the day and eat at the hotel, which was a big decision! The restaurant is small but comfortable, with perfect service. I had a seasonal asparagus carving dish with sweet potatoes, and my husband had served a dish of three grilled meat in Gravy with the best roasted potatoes we ever had. (I wish I knew the exact name he was talking about! Portions were generous and quite expensive. It's a missed jewel!

Visited restaurant during our stay on our business trip to Automechanika Frankfurt. Meal time (fish) was not bad, not exceptional. Good beer on the other side. The service was warm and attentive.

Portions are adequate preparation excellent. Ambience great. Service fast. Enough privacy for a cozy dinner.

We have been invited to a birthday dinner together with about 35 friends. The service was really poor it needed too long to be served for the complete table. The dinner itself (fish, beef and deer) was from average quality. After some complaints some additional staff was deployed to increase the service speed. Finally the dessert was the best of the dinner. Our oppinion: Disappointing! Not adeqate for a house which claims to be a 4 star hotel!
