Although this place has changed management a few times the food has stayed consistently wonderful and tasty. One of the best Chinese food restaurants in Louisiana View all feedback. What Nele B doesn't like about Panda Chinese:
I gave them one last chance. Never again. The restaurant has gone down hill over the years. We ordered Mei Fun and it was terrible. Greasy, hard brown noodles with hardly any vegetables or shrimp. Had to cook vegetables in order to eat it! View all feedback.

Food is good, he is a one man show so he is quick and to the point. Accent is a little heavy but don’t let that deter you. Steam dumplings are awesome.
