Bad things: we booked at around 4pm for a dinner at 10pm and we expected to have a good table outside or indoor but in the end it was near the kitchen entrance (horribly hot and messy). The staff was seldom available for us, just imagine that I asked for some extra tissues and the time we waited, I took them personally from the shelf... You can do it better because you have great dishes and a wonderful, amazing location. Keep going and improving!

I can't eat fish and since a large number of the primi or appetizers were fish, I didn't get to eat a lot of them, but there was still plenty of food. The cheeses were so fresh, especially the ricotta. I had the ravioli with butter and sage sauce, and it was excellent. The host knows the history of the area and was there when they discovered the Velia archaeological site. He will enjoy sharing his history with you.

We have tried the seafood appetizer and the meat appetizer, also once, specialities of the Cilento. Usually a fish for the second course, nicely cut and deboned. In addition I have enjoyed grilled eggplant and salad as side dishes. The atmosphere is pleasant with good service and the olive presses in the middle of the restaurant make an attractive sculpture . The other reviews really say it all. A good place to spend and evening dining.
