Mos Burger - Asahikawa

アプリで予約し、時間に取りに行きました。 ネットで支払い済みで商品の受け取りだけなのに、注文する人の行列に並んで順番待ち。順番来るまで10分以上かかりました。 これも何だかなぁって思ってましたが、いざお願いしようとすると注文を受けるレジの担当が 「メニューをご覧になってお待ちください」と。 こちらが名乗る間もなくどっか行っちゃいました。 これではいつ受け取れるか判らないので、「ネットで予約したです」と奥にいる方に聞こえるように言うと、慌ててレジに戻ってもらえました。 ただ、注文は忘れられて居たらしく、本当に注文したのか怪しまれ、受取時間や内容を聞かれました。 結局「今からお作りしてお車にお持ちします」 えっ？？？ それって…通常の来店した時の注文と同じじゃん。 忙しい時間帯にネット予約したからいけないんでしょうかね？ バタバタしてるときに受け取りに来るなんて、迷惑だったんでしょうね。 全然申し訳なさそうじゃ無かったし。 だったらアプリ予約なんてやめちゃえ！

I recently dined at Natsumi and had a salad and bread. I found the service to be slow, but the food was delicious. The staff was polite and the restaurant was clean. I would like to see more seasonal options on the menu, like the Natsumi series. The atmosphere was quiet and empty, so it would be a good place to enjoy a cup of coffee.

The person taking our order and the chef were both efficient and friendly, making everyone happy.
