Fresh and really good sushi. Also gourmet varieties (for example with truffle scales). Clean. Good staff. Average but correct prices compared to the offer. Tuna, shrimp and branzino are of superior quality and according to me for raw fish are local like this where to go and feel confident of the quality of fish.
