Italo's - Arzachena

Just next to balocca Hotel we went for lunch and had a great fresh meat and cheese platter looking down to Porto Cervo under an olive tree with nice wine, as this was so good we booked to eat the next night, Italo gave us a set price for food and we said we would leave the choice to him, well we had a feast, starting with the cold platter which was large then Italo cooked in front of us fresh mussels in a wonderful sauce followed by a wok full of fresh prawns, followed by BBQ local sausage then local pork at this stage we wanted to say stop as we were so full, but there followed a wonderful tomato salad and local biscuits, the wine which was a nice rose. A bargain, the cost was a fraction of what you would have paid for all this in a restaurant. Well done Italo, we would highly recommend.
