The fixed menu includes local appetizers cured meats, cheeses, olives three tastes of the first delicious Gallura soup, fresh gnomes of flour with sausage ragout, ravioli filled with ricotta and lemon a second porcetto with baked potatoes. Our expectations have been totally demolished already by appetizers: olive oil and zucchini under vinegar,bresaola seasoned with tomatoes, super-market cuts and then switch to a first of gnocchetti cooked from canteen and dry porceddu in a very small portion not suitable for the price and very modest place. We stayed in this place in August. The friendly and friendly staff. Eating out at dinner, we found ourselves in about 1 hour almost in the dark, lighting was not the best. We were served after a table that arrived 10/15 minutes after ours, but all in all the wait between one course and the other was right. The food was very good, especially appreciated the galluree soup Good also the pig and desserts.

We went to this farm, for a dinner, memori of the positive experience of the previous summer. As soon as we arrive we inform the staff that one of the components of the family does not eat pasta and of all response we are told that the menu is that and that there are no possible changes or price changes, little bad as start!!! Appetizer: meats of very modest quality, (with a lot of hair as a seal, a slice of cheese (with residues of paper packaging, olives etc., under 'oil (only dish of own production, presumably, of the whole menu. Second: porceddu, scottato all'estero crudissimo all'interno, insapore...to the limit of commestibilità '. Sweet: seades perhaps the only acceptable dish. All accompanied by a wine that the oil sold out in comparison....and a nice neurotic couple that smoked all the time an incalculable number of cigarettes a one meter from our face in total indifference of the owners.
