Starbucks - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
i really don't care to hear how bothered you people are by my going to the drive thru for my mobile order.every single time I've visited this location as soon as i tell them at the drive thru speaker that i placed a mobile order the person i tell has some sort of comment about it..... it happens every time without fail.i regularly hit Starbucks all over town, i only order in app and pick up at drive thru.... The staff was fantastic, and the venue met my needs perfectly with its WiFi and coffee for a few hours. However, the music was excessively loud and quite annoying; I would have preferred it at a more reasonable volume. Additionally, the employees were smoking right outside the main entrance, which was a bit unpleasant. View all feedback.
