Love starbucks love king soopers but not this starbucks in specific. I have come to this starbucks a few times in the last few days and have had terrible experiences especially with an employee Elijah. Avoid if possible. They were one of the slowest Starbucks with terrible customer service. They got my drink wrong and wouldn’t fix it. They just told me what I could do myself to fix it at home.
Always great! Drinks are well made. Service is awesome. Staff is friendly. I am grateful to have my go to Starbucks in my grocery store.
The baristas at this Starbucks are fantastic. Not only do they recognize you and remember your drink before you get to the front of the line, but they do it all with a smile.
Super rude employee at this Starbucks location. Came in at about 4pm on August 18th (my birthday) to redeem my birthday reward. Neither WIFI or internet was working on my phone so I couldn't bring up my birthday reward. The employee told me to go find internet to bring up the reward and looked at me as if I was lying about the situation. Both my children were screaming and the internet just wouldn't work. I ended up just leaving. Employee didn't even offer to remedy the situation. So much for good customer service.
My barista Nancy was awesome! Such a nice person and made my americano perfect!
