The burritos at this restaurant are absolutely amazing and the best I've ever had. The table service was okay, but the limited drink options were a bit disappointing. Despite that, I would say the long 6.5-hour drive to get here is definitely worth it! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Santiagos Mexican:
I have noticed that sometimes I receive amazing service and delicious food from this restaurant, but other times it is subpar and lazy. I understand that everyone has bad days, but they should take pride in their work and the food they serve to the public. I may have to travel out of my way to the Commerce City location to find a better and more consistent product. View all feedback.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the service could be improved. There is a young man who works at the front from time to time and he can be rude. He always seems to be in a rush with customers, even when it's not busy. He often gets the orders wrong because he is more focused on talking to the female employees than on doing his job properly.
Then food isn't bad but they don't follow directions, I've been here a couple times and they add cheese on burritos despite me asking them not to and put meat on burritos I ask to be meatless. One of the better breakfast burritos in Denver but won't be back because they don't follow directions.
I really like this location. I prefer it over the one that is 3 blocks from me. Being able to dine in is cool. Definitely not stingy when it comes to the meats and cheese. The staff has always been awesome! Thanks
Very dissatisfied, tacos were bland..cheeseburger was dry, and fries were old and burnt.You know it’s bad when your kids complain about it..
