What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
I never had a problem with the pizza hut until yesterday evening 10/13/2022. waited in the lobby for 20 minutes for a team player to come to my pizza should be ready 6 I finally got it at 6:15. birthday free zimt stick hard like a rock no icing was given. View all feedback.
I got a $40 gift certificate for my birthday. I used the entire amount up (plus a little more) and then gave a generous cash tip when the food was delivered. After ten minutes, I got a call informing me the money never went through… so to make up for that, they physically went AGAINST my signed receipt and charged me MORE because of THEIR error. Two gift cards were emptied, and paid more on my Debit Card. Never got refunded. Never got a phone call. No email. Absolutely nothing. In this process they overdrafted my bank account and I got charged $38. Better be lucky I don’t call a lawyer over that. Absolutely horrible customer service and management.
Still cooking the Chocolate chip cookies too long. Hard to bit into them. Otherwise a great place to get pizza. Fast and delicious.
This pizza hat will probably go out of business within 3 years due to the quality of these stores pizzas. they simply can't make good pizza to save their lives.

They delivered the food 45min ahead of when it was scheduled. I tried calling the store to help resolve the issue but I waited for 20min and no answer. The food quality was not good and undercooked. First and last time at this location.
