On the... read more I was surprised by how thin the crust was, especially since it wasn’t mentioned on the menu. Additionally, their website didn’t support online ordering. On the bright side, the service was prompt despite the busy crowd. The food tasted good, though it wasn’t anything extraordinary.

The guy at the register and the pizza cook were fantastic! We visit this MOD location quite often and have never had a negative experience. Their consistent service ensures that we will continue to be regular customers!

Online ordering is seldom available... read more My review is focused solely on the staffing at this Mod Pizza location. The restaurant often closes before its posted hours. Online ordering is seldom available, and I’ve even had to deal with the carpet being rolled up right under my feet while trying to order pizza just 30 minutes before closing. Another time, I arrived an hour before closing only to find staff sweeping near guests, toppings and sauces already put away, and the tea/lemonade station shut down for the night. Just last Friday, the door was locked 15 minutes early, and I saw at least 10 cars pull up only to find the restaurant closed ahead of time. I wonder if the owner is aware of these problems. I’d love to order more often if the restaurant could either stick to its posted hours or update them accordingly. I’d be happy to revise this review with feedback on the food if these issues are resolved.

The service was prompt, but unfortunately, when my salad arrived, all the greens were bad. The romaine was wilted, the mixed greens were soggy, and they were so old that they felt slimy. I was really disappointed, especially since a friend had recommended it. I'm not sure if I'll give it another shot.
