What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I understand that I might have to wait for the lunch menu due to my limited schedule in the morning. However, waiting 30 minutes for the menu to switch to lunch only to wait an additional 5 minutes for the self-service kiosk to update is frustrating. Then, when I finally get to the cashier, they tell me to sit and wait another 10 minutes just for an order of fries. This is absolutely ridiculous. View all feedback.
There are some happy workers, but the rest see and act constantly as they hate there. I just want that eating hasn't been stressful by getting the workers hired. a smile on one of those faces would be nice and a order that is not wrong?
I ordered food for my grandparents and uncle tonight. The order was wrong and the food was under cooked. I can’t post the pictures of the food or I would so everyone can see it.
Man no way they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich but put a hot and spicy patty on itWhy'd I even pay extra for the spicy crispy to just get a different bun and sauce hot n spicy
They screwed up my drink order. Had to tell them Large Dr Pepper 3 times. Result? It was not Dr Pepper. I was in the drive through and on my way to pick up my grandson from school and it wasn't worth going back again
They closed 30 minutes earlier than they were supposed to and refused to take orders. It was 10:30pm. Update your hours on Google.
