Unfortunately, the leadership team/management is bringing down the o... read more I really want to rate Luki higher because their beers and most of their staff is top notch. Unfortunately, the leadership team/management is bringing down the overall score. Every time we go in there, one of the managers is sitting in the first booth on her laptop. There are only four booths and this person is constantly taking up one of them regardless of how busy the brewery is. During our last visit we walked in and this manager was behind the bar pouring a beer for herself. The actual bartender was in the back making food for a customer. The manager did not acknowledge us or the other two people who walked in at the same time. She just walked back to her booth and ignored the customers. This is a constant issue where we see the bartenders working their tails off and getting zero support from this manager. Luki does a good job of making new beers, changing up the beer menu, keeping up with trends, supporting local youth athletics, etc. Their bartenders are always going above and beyond by coming out to tables to get drink orders, cleaning tables immediately to make space for customers, and being all around great. Too bad management can't do the same.

Pretzel was nuked in microwave. Fire in spots. Icy cold in others. Kids running wild everywhere. SERIOUSLY? Luki- you have Candyland and etch a sketch? You cater to this? Parents letting whoever babysit? Pass.
