Las Potrancas Mexican - Arvada

We ordered five takeout dishes, and our order was filled correctly. This restaurant has a lively atmosphere! When we arrived, we noticed that the owners were handling phone orders, which caused a bit of a line due to the workload. However, the food was excellent!

All I wanted was a decent dinner, but instead I ended up with soggy tostadas. Now I have no dinner options, and everything is closed. Colorado really struggles with Mexican food! I'd rather have a hot dog from my car; at least that would taste good! This place has a really off taste—almost like Taco Bell!

The food here is excellent and the staff is wonderful. Every time I visit, there's always a super friendly atmosphere. Although the wait staff initially confused the Las Potrancas burrito with the Colorado burrito, the issue was quickly addressed. I tried their special Potrancas burrito, and it was delicious. I was concerned that the salsa might not taste quite right, but it had just the right amount of flavor and paired well with the burrito. I would recommend the green chili over the red salsa, although the red salsa has a better level of spiciness than the green. In summary, this restaurant offers great service and tasty food.

This place never fails to deliver some of the yummiest food. The food is always hot, salsa is just perfect and the green chili is delicious. Staff are always accommodating and quick to refill drinks and replenish the condiments on the table. Highly recommend this little hole in the wall gem!

We had a decent experience here. I had the fajitas tacos and my husband had a burrito. They were both good. Nothing too special. The environment is fun and our waiter was really nice
