I can't believe I didn't insist we go to Safeway instead to grab their crispy bucket chicken for just $8, or the rotisserie chicken for only $7! They even have fries that are way better than KFC's, and all of it costs a third of what we spent here. This restaurant has really declined, and the prices are ridiculous!

That was our first time at this place and last. when they went into the facility, the floors were dirty and sticky. the mülleimer were flooded with mull. every table was dirty and so was the counter to order her to eat. that is not only to say that the staff also had very dirty uniforms. the place looked in such an error that it was terrible. there was an older woman who also felt the same wise and she questioned the personal about the dirtyness and the personal simply blowing them out. the only reason we went into this restaurant was to try the a w 2 for Tuesday deal. everything about this facility was terrible. I'm not mad at the whole thing because I was right to turn around and go, but I didn't do it because my enkel wanted to swim a root beer. the dizziness was also a sweat, as the restaurant ran out of ice. what a first and lasting experience of this device. I'm not accusing the staff, I'm accusing the management. this load must be checked by the state colorado for health protection codes, badly managed restaurant. my wife and my grandson said they will never go back and I will not. note the consumers of this facility.

I strongly advise against visiting this KFC! I went through the drive-thru at 7:30 PM and ordered the 6-piece Nashville hot chicken tenders meal. I waited in line for 30 minutes before receiving my food, and no one apologized for the wait. The state of the food was simply unacceptable. By the time I got home, everything was cold. It seemed like they had taken the basket straight out of the fryer and dumped the entire contents—tenders, burnt bits, and oil—into the to-go container. The tenders were drenched in about an eighth of an inch of oil, and at least a quarter cup had leaked into the bag. To top it off, they forgot my second biscuit. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I will definitely not be returning.

Husband tried to be nice and get dinner for everyone, thinking he was lucky that he was the only one in the drive thru.. well 50 dollars later come home with this sad excuse of a meal. Got a whole 16 piece WITH ONE BREAST and the rest these what I can best describe as chicken balls? Nothing but a bucket of chicken bones. It went great with my half filled Mashed potatoes that from what I can taste have been sitting in a pan since this morning. Wash it all down with what I think used to be gravy? No one here cares don't waste your hard earned money on people who don't deserve a penny.

We arrived at the restaurant at 11 and ordered nearly $60 worth of food. Unfortunately, there was an issue with my card, and the order was incorrect—notably, we didn’t receive the cookies at all. I have proof from that day on my phone showing that I called them about the issue. When I went back today to get a replacement, as they had promised, they refused to help me because they couldn’t find my name in their records. It was incredibly frustrating. When I placed the order, I was feeling very overwhelmed as I had recently lost my child, so I remember what they told me clearly. I’m now trying to find out who owns the restaurant so I can address this situation properly.
