I just left this place mad and still hungry because 15-20 minutes wait time was the estimate the young lady in the front gave us! We were a party of 7, after 30 minutes I asked if our table was almost ready and she then mentioned they only have one table for that party size, I asked her to give us two different tables, waited another 15 and asked for a manager HE WAS SO RUDE YHE WORSE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! He started to almost yell at us in front of other customers. Saying that our family was too big and that's why they couldn't sit us down and so on. Maybe 8-10 families that walked in after us were seated!!!! The staff, starting with the manager are just horrible!

When I got home, the hash browns were hardly cooked... read more I usually enjoy dining in, but this time I ordered a To-Go meal, and unfortunately, it was a disappointment. When I got home, the hash browns were hardly cooked, despite my request for them to be well-done and extra crispy. I ended up not eating them at all. I've never seen hash browns cooked so poorly in my life. Overall, I'm giving the food a rating of 1/5.

I've eaten here several times before... read more At 3:30 PM, the restaurant was completely empty, and unfortunately, most of the dishes we wanted to order were unavailable. I've eaten here several times before, and it has usually been good. However, the waitress seemed quite overwhelmed and unhappy about the situation. When we finally found something on the menu that was actually available, it was terribly prepared.

They oblige... read more My girlfriend and I were hanging out one day and randomly started craving Ihop pancakes. So what does one do when their girlfriend craves something? They oblige. Upon entering, we were greeted by friendly wait staff and promptly seated. From there, the service was pretty close to perfect. We felt well taken care of and never had to even ask for anything. There was slight disappointment with the food though. The hash browns were not even warm but room temperature. It was as if they weren't cooked or even heated when ordered but were thrown on the plate from a batch made a while ago. The syrup given was in individual single use plastic containers as well and only had the original flavor. Please bring back the syrup rack with all the different flavors!

(aka sitting out all day then reheated) other than the burnt hash browns, 4/5 would visit again. Friendly staff and our food did not take long to be brought to the table
