Firehouse Subs Northridge Center

I haven't been to this restaurant in a while and had always had good experiences in the past. However, when I visited today (especially considering the restaurant was not busy at all), the employees seemed to lack any sense of urgency and appeared to actively avoid smiling. Ordering a single sandwich made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. While I usually give service workers the benefit of the doubt, it was disappointing to encounter poor attitudes from every employee behind the counter. I'm not sure if this is a management issue causing job dissatisfaction or if it was just a group of unenthusiastic individuals. At the very least, they could pretend to be helpful towards customers. I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant. In the future, I would rather go out of my way to visit Jimmy John's or Jersey Mike's for a sub. Not only do I get in and out of those places much quicker, but I also feel welcomed and appreciated, unlike today.

The sandwiches at this restaurant are delicious and the 5 cheese mac n cheese is of high quality with a creamy texture!

This is the third time in a row that they have forgotten to include turkey bacon in my lunch. I caught the mistake this time and sent back the sandwich because I remembered that it had happened twice before and I had left the restaurant before realizing. Accuracy is crucial.

Awesome experience! Unfortunately lost our receipt so I couldn't do the survey online. Star was amazing! So helpful and kind. My mom has arthritis and moves very slowly. Star helped us get into the restaurant by holding my mom's hand. She took our order at the table and brought it right out to us. Never had service like that before. Food was delicious! Will definitely be back.

Most obvious fireworks to my work. the thing is when someone coughs and make our food, they should be home when they are sick, they wear a mask when it allergies, or do not make eating at all and on clean duty with a mask. a cough can mean many things nowadays. He was also on the last Tuesday, but I thought I would try again. I will not return.
