Ad... read more I ordered a smash cake for my son's first birthday and another cake for my sister's amazing baby shower. Both cakes turned out adorable and tasted fantastic! Additionally, the customer service from Sarah was exceptional!

I placed an order for a birthday cake through the Elevated Pastries website three days before our event and requested a phone call to discuss decoration details... read more I placed an order for a birthday cake through the Elevated Pastries website three days before our event and requested a phone call to discuss decoration details. When I hadn’t received any response by the day before the event, I called Elevated Pastries, only to be directed to send an email for inquiries. I emailed them to confirm my order for the next day and to discuss the decorations, but I never heard back from them, either by phone or email. They completely left us in the lurch! Fortunately, Lucky’s Bakehouse in Boulder came to the rescue! We ended up with a delicious Red Velvet cake, all thanks to Lucky’s, which we were able to pick up just in time for our celebration.

Sarah responded to my inquiry within the first day of my email, making the process of arranging everything seamless. I highly recommend this place to anyone in search of delicious treats and stylish designs!

Sarah Carpenter took us to Paris with the selections we devoured from her menu. There is goodness and deliciousness in every bite. My family ate a selection of her drop cookies and two different selections from the biscotti section. The quality is the excellence you would expect from a top end patisserie in Paris. Well done!
